Born in Rio de Janeiro on September 6th, 1971. Son of Evanir (in memoriam<\/em>) and Argemiro, he is married to Andr\u00e9ia and father of Gabriel and Beatriz and grandfather of Tom\u00e1s, \"his\" monads. Romulo is his 'Mano Velho' (\u201cDear Brother\u201d) and L\u00edvia his dear niece. He likes music, especially Pink Floyd, Beethoven and Legi\u00e3o Urbana; literature, with emphasis on Dostoevsky, Saramago, Fitzgerald and Guimar\u00e3es Rosa; cinema, particularly SciFi and the essential work of Bergman; painting, in particular Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo and Kandinsky. Plato is \"his\" favorite philosopher, but he also flirts with Sextus Empiricus, Hume, Kant, Russell, and Feyerabend. In mathematics, he appreciates Archimedes, Hypatia and Emmy Noether. Agnostic, friend of skepticism (philosophical) and anarchist (political and epistemological), Shivam Yoga instructor and admirer of Zen, he enjoys hiking in the mountains and swimming in the sea.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
